Tires:

Stress in Bar:

  • Front 2 bar
  • Rear 2.5 bar

Profile:
Legal minimum tread depth 1 mm, is better replaced by 2 mm.

Further inspection:

  • Hair Cracks. (age or dwell)
  • Sharp parts in the band (or nails i.d.)
  • Valve caps should be on (deflated air).

Fuel:

How to measure the tank contents:

There are two ways to check this.

  • By looking into the tank.
  • By using the trip meter.

In an empty tank, there is a spare available, these can be addressed by the fuel tap on the left side of the engine to turn up.

Brakes:

control points before and after:

Start by checking for.

  • There is palpable pressure on the brakes.
  • The brake fluid should be between minimum and maximum stand. (motor straight up)
  • Termination plus brake lines must not leak.
  • Pads against the brake disc cannot sit.
  • Brake disc must be minimum 4 mm thick.
  • Brake disc must be flat.
  • Holes in the disc used for dirt, heat and water drainage and should therefore be clean and open.
  • Low brake fluid level may be an indication of worn brake pads or a leak, it is a closed system and cannot be easily filled.

Propulsion:

How are the engines driving and what do you controle?

Chain driven.

  • Chain should not be rusty.
  • Chain should be well lubricated. (fat)
  • Chain should have 2 to 3 inches slack. (measured with someone on the engine)
  • With more than 2 to 3 inches spelling, continue to rear up.
  • Gears must not be pointed (this is wear)
  • By replacing the chain, the gears should be replaced.

BATTERY:

Where in the engine:

  • The battery is located under the seat.

Control points:

  • The battery must be mounted properly (locked)
  • The battery terminals must not be oxidized. (battery terminals)
  • The battery fluid, minimum - maximum, to control the engine upright.

Lighting:

All lighting control front and rear:

  • Direction.
  • City Light.
  • Beam.
  • Great light.
  • Brake light.
  • Fog lamps.

Lighting can be checked by a window to stand and the mirror.

Remember the control / indicator lights

  • Site stand / she Standard (yellow)
  • Neutral light (green)
  • Oil lamp (red)
  • Large LED Light (blue)

Springing:

Control on the front and rear springing:

No corrosion or wear spots of rust on the springs and the fork.
Rubbers should be jolly (leakage).

Springing, left and right are set equal.

Springing, at the right weights are adjusted.

Oil:

As you check your oil and how?

  • Level. (right to control motor)
  • With dipstick or sight glass.
  • Unscrew cap, cleaning, back stabbing not tighten and then unpacking again, read result.
  • Engine oil should not be jet black. (transparent gray)
  • If necessary, refill or refresh. (in same hole as you gauges).

If your oil light comes on direct and stop the engine off.

Cooling:

How the engine is cooled and what you make?

  • Coolant level. (with upright motor control)
  • Radiator must be clean and not rusty. (certainly not leak)
  • All hoses and connections checked for leaks.
